please help

My 1999 F350 has a 7.3 power stroke engine that has a miss only when it idles. it almost feels like a bad injector. At 60 or 65 miles per hour it does not miss at all. please help.

Have you changed your fuel filter? Could also be the CPS starting to fail. Is there a certain RPM this happens between? You said only at idle but then jump to 60-65.

Fuel filters are changed as per the book. The service engine light is on and I did have a backyard mechanic replace 1 injector and I wouldn't be able to tell you which one. He did charge me right at $500.00 and i still had the same problem. This truck runs really great when not iding. when iding it runs really rough. I apoligize but,What is the cps?
