2008 2009 2010 e350 diesel -which one is best

Friend is getting close to buy a 100k mile e350. Is there any significant differences between the three years with the diesel?. He will not buy a 2007 or older 6.0l

i believe 2008 was the last year on the e-series that had the "old" dash design. 2009-current had the newer design i think. 2010 was the last year diesel (6.0L) was offered as an option.

None better than the others, once you get an 08+ you pretty much get the best of everything offered in an OEM 6.0. There have been some revisions since then but nothing major. You may get updated oil rail dummy plugs in 2009-2010 but I'm not 100% sure how that worked
