2004 E series radiator replacement advice?

My '04 E450 6.0 developed a very small crack in the radiator top just inside the upper radiator hose. It's barely visible, just a hair line, but it was slightly hissing and seeping after returning home from a trip to Mid Ohio Sports Car Course a couple of weekends ago. If it were my old chasis I'd probably rough it up and JB Weld it, haha, but I think a replacement is in order on this one. I searched and didn't find any specific threads to radiator replacement on the E Series. Any words of wisdom or suggestions of links with some good instructions? Still running the gold coolant too so this seems like a good time to flush it out with distilled and replace it with ELC after the new radiator is installed.

Thanks for any input or suggestions.

PS. I also posted this in the general forum because of the higher traffic...

I just replaced the radiator for my van but it has the 7.3. It took about 25 min to install plus another hour or so to flush the system. It was as easy as disconnecting the air box, hoses, and pulling back the shroud, that's it.

No experience with it but this replacement is all aluminum and appears to be plug and play for an E350 with a 6.0. https://shop.performanceradiator.com...roduct_id=5296

I might be wrong but I believe the Bulletproof diesel radiator is the same thing, just rebadged. It's also quite a bit cheaper. No surprise there.
