Making a purchase need some help

This is my first post here, so let me thank everyone in advance for the help I know I will get today, and in the future.

I am looking to purchase a 1995 E350 Powerstroke 7.3 non turbo for my business.

It's one of these small busses I attached a picture hope it works.

I'm gettnig a good deal on it, Im going to gut the back, take out all the seats and use it for trade shows. Shipping is killing me.

The only thing wrong with this van is the fuel line in front of the engine is rotted out and needs replacing.

I can slap together a small block with my eyes closed, I build cars for fun, but as you all know, diesel is a completely different world.

How hard is it to replace the fuel line in front of the engine? Is this a huge job or can someone with my background do it?

If I can't, is it very expensive?

I'm going to pay for this thing on Monday, so need info ASAP.
