checking in.

just brought home my first ford product. a 2003 E350 15 passenger van (need seats and seat belts). it's a quigley converted 4x4 with the 7.3 powerstroke that has about 125k on the ticker.

I've got lots of reading to do.

How much can that E350 with the Quigley 4x4 conversion and the 7.3 powerstroke tow behind it??? Where did you find your used Quigley van??

No idea on teh towing capacity. that's one of the things I need to figure out.

as for finding it, honestly, I was going to bid on one on ebay, and just had "a feeling" that I should go check with a local small used car lot that often has work trucks and vans on the lot.

I went on a Sunday. Saw the van there. Called Monday, it had been brought in from the local auction on Saturday. Brought it home on Saturday after they serviced it.

After digging through the cabinets inside it - it was previously owned by Halliburton and the configuration tells me it was used as a computer center.

I'll have pictures and whatnot tomorrow.

Per Tiger at Quigley, the towing capacity is unaffected by the 4x4 conversion.
