'98 E350 7.3L power loss

My night for fun as you can tell in my other post. Also have a '98 E350 with a 7.3L and I am experiencing some serious loss of power on the upper end. I have lost about 10-12 mph on hills, etc. and have recently had diesel injection service replace all injectors and give this truck a clean bill of health. Not hearing turbo spin up as I believe it should, but would this be a cause for this much loss? Vehicle weighs about 15,800lbs but always has. Nothing different other than new injectors to RESOLVE said power loss...cleaned tank, new fuel lines, as well. Thanks!

Jeff
