where do these wires go?

the PO cut these wires for some odd reason.. Now I am trying to make things right. I have a new relay on the way. but these two red wires are confusing me.. One has a light green stripe and goes to the cold timing solonoid? the other looks like a darker green stripe and may be going to the fuel heater. ( which also isnt hooked up...

But where do they go at this end?

Also while I am at it. where is the fuel heater? and the water sensor? I keep looking, but its tight in there.. Almost as bad as working on my Fiero

How I wired back the glow plug relay.. Hope its right. It does run now.
