injectors changing

Boy it looks like you have to pull the engine to get to the injectors on a
04 van ?? Has anyone done this at home ? Thanks Dave

Its tough but no you can take the left engine mount out and by letting the engine down against the frame they will com out.

Brace up though.

you don't have to remove the mounts. you can lift the front of the cab off the frame slightly. you just need to remove the 6 front cab mount bolts (3 on each side). jack the front end up, then let the cab rest on jack stands, just rear of the front wheel wells. this will give you about 2 extra inches room between the valve covers and body. not much. but enough to get it done. i think the only part i remove to get the extra room, besides the the mount bolts, is the fan shroud. probably need to heat those bolts up though, as i've found that the van cab bolts are almost always seized or loc-tited
