Whoever designed the routing of hoses etc. for the 1988 E350 fuel filter change should be required to do it 3 times a day.
I got mine off w/ a strap using about 5 degree movements for the first full turn.
Putting it back on was a BEAR, couldn't get it lined up properly, Finally did and it turned on smooth, but the last tightening took forever in 5 degree increments.
Wouldn't have been so bad if the IN fuel line was located differently. I didn't want to open it up because it was working, and I don't like to mess with stuff that works. I watched a few youtube videos and they all skipped the final tightening. Now I know why.
