Angry 1999 7.3 E350

Having some major issues. I noticed that my oil filter was leaking really bad so I replaced it and changed the oil, solved the problem. The next day I noticed my battery was decharging, eventually died. I purchsed a new battery and while doing this I noticed oil under it again but this time it was the oil cooler so I replaced the O rings, solved the problem. Now the bigger issue, now I went ahead and took the starter and alt. to have them tested and they were both bad so I replaced them also. I figured sense cold weather was coming that I would go ahead and replace the glow plug relay the one next to it and the starter relay mounted on the fender and now I have to turn the key on and off four or five times to get it to start, still having to crank for a while but it does start but then cuts off in about 30 seconds. I pulled the valve covers to check the connections and they are fine, I noticed that when I do get it started and it runs for its approx. 30 secnds that the drivers side valve cover and rail warms up but the passenger side stays cold. My thought is that I wired something wrong because stupid me did not take a picture before I removed the wires from the relays. This vehicle only has about 50,000 miles on it because I had a new motor put in a couple years ago along with it was running fine before this all happened. Would greatly appreciate the help. Note: I only have a plan jane test light if I need to test some things.
