Unhappy 7.3 1997 van overheated won't start! !!HELP!!

My 1997 cutaway van over heated won't start need advise.

Engine cranks fine no odd noises oil pressure builds while cranking as it always has. I sprayed some wd40 into intake has not fired once. I have heard it is not safe to spray either, is this true?

Does any one know of a good tech in the Norfolk or Virginia Beach, VA. area?

I just had the same problem with my 98. It overheated, I replaced the water pump and now it won't start. It started once after the overheating but before the pump replacement but now nothing. I've read a lot about the cps and think maybe that got knocked off or damaged in the process.
