glow plug and injector replacement...how hard???
New guy to this forum and new to the world of diesel. I have a 1995 e350 that was given to me that needs some work. It needs glow plugs and a few injectors...how hard is that in these vans? Thanks guys!

Its a royal pain. Been there done that. Passenger side has less room, have to remove engine mount to tilt engine over to get injectors out and back in. Would highly recommend you change valve cover gasket/wiring harness and pull injector cups. If doing all 8, I would pull the engine.

Thought I read you didn't have to touch the motor mount on the 7.3......I know its tight in the vans but it looks like there will be enough room without removing the mount or engine......I could be wrong, I'm new to all this.

Did you end up doing this on your own? I am tearing in to the valve covers to replace the glow plugs and wonder if there are any tricks. I dont think I need to replace any injectors, but surely the glow plugs. Let me know what your experience with them has been.
