2008-2010 E-350 6.0 Fuel filter?

I have a few searched the forums and around online but its causing more of a problem.
My invoice from Ford says they used filter number 4C2Z 9N184 BA

First does Racor still make Motorcraft Filters?
Does the Motorcraft filter have Aquablock for this make and year?

Diesel Filter Online Racor 4C2Z9N184BA replaces
Motorcraft FD4606 and shows Aquablock for years 2003 to 2008.

Diesel Filter Online Motorcraft part at the bottom it shows 2004-2010 Ford E350/E450 Econoline Van fuel filter kit and its Motorcraft FD4606

So what part do i use if Racor is a replacement for Motorcraft FD4606?
are they the same?

Why I am confused...
Ford Site the picture shows the filter without Aquablock and no plastic thing with o-ring on the bottom. I want to use the correct filter for my vehicles.

Ford you tube filter comparison at the end it shows Ford's filter for a 6.0 but it has this plastic thing at the bottom with a o-ring on it.

Finally from Racor made for 2003 - 2006 no Aquablock in that picture.

What filter do i use and is it supposed to have Aquablock ? Is it supposed to have that plastic thing on the bottom like the video?
Is there a Racor or exact OEM alternative?
