Programmer?
I'm sure this has been covered over and over, so bare with me. Can a programmer that is for a 99-03 F-series 7.3 be used on an E-series 7.3 van? And if the answer is no, is it only because of the lack of an intercooler? And if that's the case, could a programmer for a 95-97 non-intercooled F-series be used? I saw on eBay that there's a few U7170 Diablosport programmers that the sellers list as 99-03 F-series or E-series, but they're the only ones. Not really looking for opinions, but more of a concrete answer. Thanks
