91 E350 want to add cold air intake

I have a 91 E350 and it has 53,000 miles on with an amblance body useing it as a work truck and pulling a trailer. wanting to increase HP and fuel millage. Cant chip it so im told. so want to increase the air intake and increase the exhaust. cant find any aftermarket parts for 7.3 in the E350 body. I cant be the first to want some add on parts. Please advise what I can change or where to find parts. Thanks for any help Im new to this form and did not see any post that was close to my year and wish list.
