AC Problems

I have a 1997 Econoline Diesel Van. My air conditioning isn’t working, no blower or even heater. I checked all the fuses associated with these, they are fine. Even the relay. Thanks in advance for any help. Kent

The blower motor doesn't work? On all speed positions?

If the blower motor isn't working it will feel like the a/c and heater is inop since there is no airflow thru the vents.

That is correct. There is no airflow through the vents at all.

Found it...loose black wire on the 2 wire plug in on top of the blower. Everything works now...thanks.

Glad to help ya out.

I've seen alot of blower motors go bad along w/ the switch in the controlhead. The switch usually gets so hot and it melts the pigtail. Best to replace the switch and pigtail as a set if this ever happens to yours.
