03 E450 7.3 sd

Hi, I am new to ford diesels , but I did drive semi for 18 years mostely cat and commings. I bought a wrecked 03 E450 and want to put a 67 kenworth cab and nose on the chasis. The first bunch of many I am sure, questions, concerns the no intercoller on the van since I will not have any clearence problems that the origional van has, what will be involved in adding an intercoller?
will I have to change turbos? Also I have an intercoller from a frieghtliner the inlet and outlet measure 4 inches will that make any difference if used with reduicers to whatever the ford is? as far as the intake is concerned I would like to use the air cleaner on the outside of the Kenworth would that create and problems?
