E350 programmer question

Hey everyone I am a fellow owner its an 08 with a 6.0. I knwo its detuned from the factory compared to the f series. I just recently added a diablo predator programmer and I have it set at the 100 hp setting. Runs with authority now, But what is the hp on it is it 100hp more then athe stock 235 bring it to the stock truck hp rating or it 100hp over the stock f series rating?
