differences between E and F 7.3 PSD

is there a thread that outlines the differences between the E van and F truck 7.3 motors? I'm a noob when it comes to ford diesels.

lack of an intercooler
different turbo - how is it different?
programming different? - I keep reading it's tuned down...

The turbo is non-wastegated, and I think it is smaller. It's also tuned down a bit, I think. They are rated at 225 bhp.
