Vibrations and driveshaft/ujoints

I have a vibration coming from the back of my truck,it's been there for a while and I am trying narrow it down,not sure if it's ujoints ,drive shaft center bearing or the rear.Its more noticeable around 60-65 mph and tapers off so it seems .I notice it more when empty not nearly as much when towing.
How can I tell if the center drive shaft bearing /ujoints are going bad and would I be better off replacing those to eliminate or even doing prematinance since they are old?

The ujoints/center bearing are 10 years and have old never been replaced,but I know the center bearing has the rubber bushing that can go bad.I can move it up and down but it does not appear ripped.

i hate to say this but before I would spend much time diagnosing this I would take the driveshaft in and have it rebuilt unless you low mile ?

I just did the same ( my press broke 1 u joint in to the work so I said f this and went to a shop ) balanced and labor it was around 350-400 ( i supplied some parts so i don't have an exact $ amount ) mine was 7 years old and 100,000 miles

next question ( i read some of the 08 spring conversion ) is are you all stock except for that 1/2 " ? looks like it in the pic

another common area for vibration is tires how are those ?

Yes my truck has nothing but oem parts ,the leafs are 2011.I used my old blocks.Also this vibration was there before I changed the leafs.

I am going to take your advice and get the local shop to replace and balance the shaft.
