Lifted Dually?

Whats up guys? Im new here and was wondering if anybody has lifted duallys. heres some pics of mine show me yours.

I want to do mine, but need to wait, untill I can afford the lift, and tires and some nice alcoa's.

Did you use a kit, if so, what did you use,and if I might ask, what was the cost? Was the install pretty straight forward?
