my 01 dually is lifted somewhere around 8 inches (two different types, springs, and a leveling kit...), I did run some 9.00/16 bias plys that looked good but handles poor, worst thing was I was only getting 7-10k miles out of the fronts. I tow ALOT with my dually, so after awhile I switched to some 255/85/16 bfg mud terrains (they don't make the all terrain in that size) because I wanted some radials. The perform SOOO much better, ride, steering, and even get better mpg's.. it just doesn't look as cool. Here are a couple of pics;

hvac;

The springs were on it when I bought it years ago, he also had blocks on the front which I think are unsafe, so I had a buddy that owns a 4x4 shop pull 'em out and install a "leveling kit" instead. Sorry I can't help with the brand names of the parts.
