how hard would it be
i am wanting to make my truck into a dually.
but i dont know how its going to look, i have a 2003 4 door short bed 4wd with a 6in lift. do i keep the short bed or go to a long bed. how hard would it be to do this. |

It's not hard, it's only money-
There are a few places that sell conversion kits, bolt on rear fenders and adapters to fit the dually wheels. Or you can get the rear diff out of a dually if you can match the ratios. (probably have to swap the front 3rd member too). Or get all the parts from a wrecked DRW. Here's a place that sells adapters, fenders, wheels or complete kits. Arrowcraft - Dual Wheel Conversions I'm not sure what diffs you have, so they may be somewhat smaller than a 'true' dually, but it will look like a dually and they are HD enuff for most work.
