I removed my running boards so it would look taller lol!!! I think it's cause I'm so short I like tall trucks I dunno. I like climbing into the seat, not falling into the seat

About $600 for the parts, Don't know about the load capacity the only thing that I haul is an 18' open trailer with a 4,000 lb. truck and seems to be fine!!! You could put helper bags over the rear springs

I love the looks of a lowered obs truck. I hope to lower mine some day. Devlyn your truck is the perfect height for me. I tow a 31' camper and I think that would work perfect.
