Dually wheel to wheel kickout steps

After spending three weeks in the snow and cold of WNY and coming close to busting my rear numerous times (the wife did once ) I am fed up with the stock plastic King Ranch running boards. What is everyone running? I want a step that kicks out in front of the rear fender so that I can get into the cross over box easier. I found some by Tough Country but cannot find any reviews.
