Is anyone running 285/75r16 on their rig. I see many with 315's on them but would like to know if anyone is running the 285's.
The 285's claim to be 11.5" wide, so do they require spacers as well?
Maybe some pics too please.

You can run the 285's and yes you need 2" spacer to do it. Most guys like the big tires like the 315's. I think 285's are nice as they are not too big. If 255's get hard to find then I'll buck up and get spacers. Once thing I found doing a ton of research was that the 315's wear different because of the narrow rim. 285's seemed to wear ok once you figure out what psi works. Too bad someone doesn't make an aftermarket 8" rim with the right offset for dually's. I guess there is not enough of us to make it worthwhile. My 2 cents anyway....
