01 7.3 mpg

OK guys i have a 01 7.3 cc dually with a auto and not sure of the rear gear, what milage are you guys getting and what size tank is in your dually

I have the same truck. I get 13 to 15 in town and 16 to 18 on the highway. No mods.

01 CC Dually....TW chip, AFE intake and 4in w/muffler delete. 16-18 in town and 21-24 highway... At least thats what my overhead says. I filled up yesterday with 45 miles on my low fuel light and it took 36 gallons.

Well according to my math im gettin 21.6 in combined city and hiway ,i dont believe my truck has a tuner but dont know. all i have is straight thru exhaust and a modified stock filter housing.

no duals here, but i average 16-18 and thats not always babying it. its empty though, but once in a while i will pass cars fast or just take off aggresively.

I saw 14.6 on the interstate before my TW chip. After I avg. around 20-22 interstate with the chip. Oh, you cant trust the overhead computer with the chip in. It screws it all up.
