Dually leveling?

I have an (all stock) 04 F350 CC DRW FX4. The rear end has a 2" block and what looks like an helper/add-a leaf. Stock rake is huge. It sits @ 38.25" to the wheel opening in front and 42.25" in the rear. I'd like to level it. I'm looking at the Icon shackle/hanger kits. They offer a 3" and a 4.5". I've read a lot of posts where people have added a leveling kit only to have the front end sit higher than the rear. That's not a look I'd like to have. Has anyone used either of these kits? And which one would be closest to level? I know, long winded but I don't want to spend the money and not be happy with the end result.

Thanks Cary, already have your info. Hoping to hear from folks who have them on their trucks and their experience with them.
