4.5" backspacing versus 4"

Guys, I need a quick answer here if possible. I'm ordering my wheels here now for my 04 dually. 8" lift and 35's on and been on since last year. I'm doing the 16x10 front wheels. Either eagle with 4.5bs or ion with 4.0" bs. Any idea on if and how much the ion will stick out? I like those better but they aren't offered in a 4.5"bs.

Brief history....Goodyear duratrac 315-75-16 tires on now with about 18k on them. 8" lift. Love it but I want the regular wheel in the front. Front tires don't wear well. Not bad but not great. The solution to that problem is the 10" wheel.
