That's part of our Christmas decorations. It's a projector, it projects images on my garage door.

Not sure on the exhausts yet the last set was a ***** to get on a old 94 f-250 the turbo downpipe was very hard to get on took us about 8 hours for the whole thing.Any info you might have and can pass on since I have the exact truck might be helpful info.
