Dually wash?

Hey guys, I'm a newbie to the diesel world. Just got a 05 350 cc dually. I love the truck, however, I am looking for an alternative to washing it once a week at a self-serve wash in sub-zero MN. Does anyone know of a drive- thru wash that will take duallys, or am I stuck washing it myself (which is great in the summer) or taking it to a hand wash and paying 30-40$? Thanks for your time. I'm from White Bear Lake btw.

I am also interested in what everyone is getting for fuel economy. 13.5 for about 50/50 mix hiway/city still seems a little low for me. Anyone have an opinion on if that is good for this time of year, or if I should be getting better mpg?

Thanks!

I'm not sure about drive through car washes for a dually, I kinda figured that if it was low enough to fit, then the extra wide fenders didn't matter, but in my case I just go to the self-serve wash once every 2 weeks and wash my truck, use about $15-$20 to do it, my truck probably can make it through the automatic one, but I'm too worried that my horns or compressor will get screwed up by the undercarriage wash.

In terms of the mpg this winter, I'dve seen what some of the tech members have written about it being lower due to the winter blend fuel.

I have never seen a drive through that is big enough. to the ORG. Mileage should go up in the summer time.

Good luck bro, my wifes dually should have grass growing on it by now. She wont may the $35 for a hand wash and wax and I am too busy to do both. Hell I run mine through the automatic wash.

ya, i take mine through the drive through car washes too. too lazy. just push the mirrors all the way in, not fold em in, but push them in. also make sure you dont have a drop hitch on it or it will stop the machine.
