Define good... I ran lifted trucks all my life, in fact i cant remember when i didnt have a lifted truck. I have pulled everything under the sun with my lifted trucks, including my Kubota L48 which with the hoe attachment was about 12k, add the trailer it was about 14k. I towed that around all the time to job sites with a truck lifted 6" and running 37's. I haul my 5ton excavator with my current truck everywhere, with a 6" lift and 37's. No issues at all.

The important thing to consider is gear ratio vs tire size. A tall tire and a low ratio dont make for a great tow rig.

Id say go for it!!!

Just wondering if the superlift was any good... I know its not top of the line but i dont want junk!!! Got 4:10 gears and was wanting to run 35/12.5/17.. Now just need to decide on a tire.. Like I said I don't pull or haul anything just cruising and road trips...
Thanks

I had a Superlift in my 03 Cummins like 4 trucks ago, never had an issue. I have run Rancho, Tuff Country, Rough Country, Superlift and never really noticed a difference that would steer me in one direction or another.
