2011 F350 Dually with Air Suspension

I currently have a 2011 F350 Dually with 22.5" Alcoa wheels. I run with 45 lbs air pressure yet, the ride is still pretty hard. I am looking for experience on the Autoflex Air suspension kit which replaces the current leaf springs with air bags. looks like a nice set up. I want to be sure I won't have any issues with the 22.5" wheels hitting inside the wheel wells, making sure I will have a softer ride (like it use to be with the stock 17' wheels) and any other information regarding the air suspension.

Thanks!
