It may be a conversion as you would think a king ranch would have the door keypad on it and this one doesn't.

Ya buts its funny how he even says 7.3... Figure he would at least have the right motor... Everything from wheels to bed to body lines say 03... People just amaze me

Yeah but the 2003 the 6.0 was an option as was the 7.3 although that would completely discredit the Craigslist ad of it being a 99. Also I called and spoke with the owner I'm waiting on a pic from them of the engine compartment.
