How to lower truck

I don't know much about truck suspensions but this is how I bought it. I would like it alot lower. It rides rough, bounces alot and as you can see the shocks are stretched to the max. I'm not sure if the springs are stock or not. What is the best and least expensive way to lower it?

Also I damaged a Simulator if anyone has one or two. Mine are from pacific duallie.

Trying to add suspension pictures, may need hel there too.

Sorry all, I couldn't post pictures. I found out the truck has blocks in the rear and a lift kit in the front with larger springs. If anyone has the stock equipment I'd be willing to trade.
