2012 F-350 6.7 Diesel Growl and Vibration

My 2012 F350 DRW 6.7 Powerstroke seems to have a growl and slight vibration at 1550-1650 rpm. New truck, only 350 miles so far. First I thought it was associated with tires at 63-65 mph, so I stopped and ran the throttle up to the same rpm while parked and get the same growl and vibration. This is my first diesel, is this common with turbo/diesels and does it have something to do with the turbo/exhaust? Is this a mechanical issues that needs Ford's attention?
