99-04 coil over steering conversion

Have anyone converted a 99-04 f350 over to 05 and up front suspension,I know some have but seriously considering it mainly for better turning radius. Was it worth it? Seems the biggest issue is finding a donor truck.please give me your thoughts......

it is worth it. It will ride much better and if you have all of the parts off of the donor truck it is bolt on. Only thing is that your lug pattern on the front will be different from the rear.

Not if you use your front dually spacers and use a srw axle. Its basically the same thing.

So is the front axle from a srw350 different then a dwr 350(width) ?I am asking because if I find and 05 350 thats not a drw but has 410 gears, just wondering if that would work.

Should be the same axle, but with the dually spacer added.

So with doing this swap I would have to get the 05-07 wheels to fit the brakes and would have to change the rear diff too?

No, because the spacers that you took off your old axle has the same lug pattern as the wheels. I don't think the brakes are any bigger than the 99-04 models.
