how to questions on srw to drw

Ok like the title says. I have a 03 d80 dually rear end that I'm wanting to convert my 03 srw into a dually. I need some advise on what has to be done. I'm not going to do this probably till around december but i'm wanting to do lots of research before trying this. I'm not an idiot when it comes to this kinda stuff but this is a big project for me but I think with some advice I can do it.
Thanks in advance.

Damn, I wish you had a long bed. Oh well. I was considering changing my dually to single.

As long as the axle is from a truck that came with a bed ie. not a chassis cab, it will bolt right up. You will need to find a new bed or get some aftermarket fenders like aarowcraft. For the front you will need to find the spacers used on a DRW truck.

And for the obvious is the gear ratio must be the same for front and rear axles if you use the 4x4. Drive shaft will have to be aquired. You can find rear fenders at wrecking yards and can drill the bed to fit them...It should be pretty straight forward
