99+ 2wd Front Brake/Hub

A couple years ago, I accidentally ran off the road into a ditch. Problem was that I kept going forward with the wheel off to the left, so the front right wheel was basically plowing out the ditch
Seized up the inner bearing and drove it too long like that and the race spun inside the hub.
My question is, since the stupid hub is one piece with the brake , I want to save it cause it's in really good shape brake wise. Can I fix it after a race spun inside the hub?
