Brakes

Does anyone have a fix for rear brakes over adjusting themselves, about every month to month and a half i have to back the adjuster off so the truck will move.

I adjusted my e brake awhile back and couldn't get them to go back loose. I tried spinning the adjuster and nothing happened

with mine i can back it off to the poing=t that it no longer works and about a month later i have to do it again because the truck dont want to move. I have thought of partally damaging the threads on the adjuster just a enough so it won't open so easily.
