02 f350 laraite le E-brake
Went to get truck inspected and they said the e-brake wasn't holder. How do you adjust it or fix this?

There is a rubber plug on the back side of the backing plate, Pull the plug out and there is a star wheel like on drum brakes. Rotating it down towards the ground will expand the parking brake shoes inside the rotor.
