terrible mpg

went from 17 mpg to 12 mpg. air intake is clean. what now?

How did you calculate mileage? Hand calculations or computer? How did you have the truck a year ago? It could be "winter fuel" causing a drop. Not sure about 5mpg though.

Fig milage both ways. It's been going on for months. Only change I can think of is that I had to replace fuel injector module. Or at least that is what ford dealer said they did.

What truck you got? Mods. Info Info Info.
Brakes dragging, low tire pressures, and the list goes on. Not that simple to just say what it is, but it could be a simple fix.

F 350 dually w 6.0. No drag and just put new tires on.

Well if you got a new FICM then they probably re programed your truck to a new . Bam Worse mpg

How can I reprogram FICM without taking it back to dealer? I just cant afford them.

Yup, they did a computer reflash. They did mine when the FICM was replaced and now the mileage sucks............
