Lug cover upgrade options for 19.5?

08 F450 with 19.5's. I have put four lug covers on my fronts and I keep flinging them bastards off. Whenever I'm driving with my window down I hear, what sounds like a rock dinging around in the cover, I pull it off and its a few broken tabs. These things aren't cheap either, 3 new ones $80 a piece and used Ebay one, so are there any other options rather than Ford replacements? I don't care if they have the cut-out to lock my hubs, I live in the city and keep mine set to auto lock anyways. Also, it's only my driver's side and I know for a fact I never hit anything.

You could do individual lug nut acorn style covers... I got chrome ones, but they made the front wheel look too thin for me. I like the full cover caps better...
