Get a free flowing 4 inch Turbo back exhaust. You can run with a muffler or without. Without only makes it louder, no real performance gains over running it with one.
Get you a good intake system. Not k & n! The DIY intake is a good one, look it up in the tech files.
Change your fuel filter. It matters alot, every 5 to 10 k miles.
A good flip chip from a reputable tuner like powerhungry performance will do wonders for your truck, but get gauges to monitor boost, gets, and trans temps.

To run anything larger than 265/75/16 you have to have spacers in the rear. 2 inch spacers are the norm, get from Fred goetzke at wheelspacers.com
They cost more, but they don't break, period,

You can go with 35s on a leveling kit only, although a 4 inch lifted dually on 35s looks really good, and its not totally unusable because eof the height,
