05 wheels on 04 F350-can it be done?

I want to put factory 05 wheels on my 04 F350. I dont want to add spacers. Is it possible to swap out the wheel bearing assembly and rotor? or are they different dimensions than the 04 as well?

They will fit but you'll have serious rubbing issues. On my '04 XL I had '05 18'' wheels that rubbed at full lock, and ended up rubbing a hole through a brake line.
