Adjust Steering Box?

Anyone know if you can adjust slack out of 2002 F-350 dually steering box? Replaced upper & lower ball joints steering and tie rod ends now the steering has dead spot slack in middle? Thanks to all.

i did mine. clockwise tightens it. it was pretty easy but never done it on a 7.3.
only turn it half a turn and go drive it. if you get it to tight you will destroy the gears.
