Mud flaps with 22.5s
I recently put 22.5s on my truck. It looks amazing.......until it rains. The tires kick crap up all over my white paint. Does anybody have any suggestions for mud flaps? It doesn't look like there is much room in the wheel well to fit a flap without it rubbing the tire. I have heard about the duraflaps but haven't seen any on trucks with 22.5s. Anybody got any pics?

I was not satisfied with anything I tried until I just built my own hangers and then hung a set of rig mud flaps off of them. Something to consider.

Would you happen to have some pics or a link?

I have a flatbd so I get to use semi mud flaps, 18-24", but you can pick a set of the rubber ones and chrome weights up at a truck shop, I think the flaps were $8, weights maybe $25, trim and fit

That looks good man, I don't know about the angles at the edges though. I wouldn't mind trying to make something like this work...
![]() ...where and how did you mount those hangers? any pictures of that? |

Those loook sweet. They have led lights in them? and most flap hangers are just hooked to the frame. but depending on exactly where you want them you might need to make some kind of L bracket

we had to make custom brackets. the truck is at the shop at the moment. I hope to have it back in a few days. Ill take pics of the set up when I get it back. I thought about doing the light bar you posted, but after holding it up to the truck it looked too bulky to me. I like the angled flap look so thats what I went with.
