!!!!!!! Please help with 2004 6.0 dually!!!!!!!!

Last May I bought a 2004 F350 6.0 turbo diesel to tow a 35' toyhauler. I've had nothing but problems, but the extended warranty has fixed many issues. I just got the truck back last week and the dealer said, "couldn't duplicate problem, nothing wrong." Here's the problem:

It's summer, so there shouldn't be any cold start issues. But when starting it the past two weeks, it is a hard start, bucking and a hard-idle. Today, it even stalled four times at a stop sign. Two of the four times were after fueling up, trying to pull away from the pump.

Once running, I have noticed at 1500-2000RPM, it tends to idle-up and lunge forward; this has even happened at a stop sign.

As a side note, it has the following brand new: Turbo, Oil Cooler, EGR, EGR Valve AND Cooler. The dealer did NOT replace the Fuel Injection module or the PCM.

HELP! If I could handle rolling over a payment, I would, since this past year has been nothing but a headache with this truck.

I had similar issues on my 07 (140K miles) and it turned out to be 2 bad injectors, CAC boots and low fuel pressure. Replaced injectors, CAC boots and updated the fuel pressure regulator spring to the Ford "blue" spring. Problems all solved and it runs great.

Get some guages and check your FICM voltage. It sounds like it is going bad.
