registering in Colorado, Boulder County.
I'm moving to Colorado and have to register my 06 F350 Dually 6.0 Diesel.
I deleted the EGR and have a four inch exhaust system. Do I have to replace the EGR for my emission test or do I not need a Emission test. Who can help me. Thanks. I will be in Lyons, in Boulder County. Regards Rob |

Call a local dealer. They will know what is required for SMOG, they have to test them before any sale is made.

You will have to reinstall the EGR. They will fail you for visual inspection. Sucks. Also, in Colorado you have to go to a private shop that is state approved for diesel emissions. The Department of Transportation has a list of them on their website.
Welcome to Colorado! |
