DRW conversion question

I've been looking around at different options for a DRW conversion. I know Arrowcraft has been used with success as well as dullayfendersusa.com. I'm just wondering if there are different options for the fenders themselves?

OE replacement fenders can be had from various places: Speedy Auto Parts

And from what I see I would just need the OE-style hardware. I would imagine that everything could be had from the dealer but I'm not sure. I'm not sure if this link will work but here is the rails for mounting the top portion of the fender:www.partsguyed.com

Other than the rail, I'm not sure what else is needed to secure the fender. Is it all bolts or are there clips of some sort involved?

Is there any kind of hardware "kit" out there that would aid the process or could I just pick up stuff from a hardware store?

The only thing I'm worried about at this point is securing the fenders to my existing box. The other stuff(axles, lighting, etc) seems pretty straight forward or there is enough info other there to make sense of it.

I would think you could get a used complete bed for less than the fenders new.

Yeah, I will keep an eye out on great prices like that but they seem to be few and far between. Most I've seen are $1k+ and that's just not worth it. Adding the fenders to my existing bed doesn't seem too tough as long as I have all the correct hardware...
